Humber APC have approved the following guidance, unlicensed medicines in primary care, nintedanib, pirfenidone, inclisiran, heart failure, lipid guidance, migraine and cluster headache, commencing palliative care medicines, gastrointestinal infection, fidaxomicin, fosfomicin, pivmecillinam, orthostatic hypotension, overactive bladder in females, rifaximin, prescribing specialist infant formula and high output stoma.
Humber and North Yorkshire ICB have approved treatment algorithm for type 2 diabetes, blood glucose formulary, treatment of asthma in adults and paediatrics; these are available on the ICB website.
